Fourth of July Cookies

These cookies don't have anything to do with MESA, but my kids love them!  ... and they live in Mesa :)

SUPER EASY!

Chocolate Cake Cookies

1 chocolate cake mix
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup water
1 egg
1/2 cup red m&ms
1/2 cup blue m&ms

Mix in bowl with spoon.  Form into balls.  Bake in oven 350F for 12 to 14 minutes.

When done, sprinkle with powder sugar.  YUM!
